Robert Morris, the firm's former managing partner, (1990-2006) currently heads the Municipal Finance practice group and has significant experiences with the issuance of General Obligation Bonds and Industrial Development Agency Financings.
Robert has counseled numerous business clients including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, assisting them with their governing documents, negotiating and drafting agreements, and providing general advice and counsel."
