Carl T. Baker, managing partner of FitzGerald Morris Baker Firth, P.C. and head of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group, will serve as Program Co-Chair for the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section Spring Meeting being held in Arizona from May 5th to May 8th, 2016. The subject of this year’s meeting is “Avoiding Attacks Against the Fiduciary and the Attorney”, and Mr. Baker will be introducing the opening program for the general session topic, “Litigating the Fiduciary”, on Friday, May 6th.
A past Chair of NYSBA’s Trusts and Estates Law section, Mr. Baker said, “I’m honored to continue working with the section’s leadership in presenting these educational topics to provide timely, important information to the members.”
