Our general practice firm includes a busy and growing litigation practice group, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal.

Position Overview:
As a Litigation Paralegal at FMBF, you will play a crucial role in supporting your team in the litigation process. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation, from matter inception to trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to and benefit from the success of a thriving law practice.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
2. Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
3. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
5. Prepare and file court documents in a timely manner.
6. Provide support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a litigation paralegal.
2. Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 to $62,000; actual pay will be adjusted based on relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
