Michael CroweThe following presentation was created for the Warren County Bar Foundation’s Legal Symposium, offered to area high school students each year. According to the Foundation, “The purpose of the program is to allow these individuals to make informed decisions by providing a casual, entertaining and non-judgmental setting regarding a broad spectrum of legal issues confronted by them. Topics include criminal law, vehicle and traffic law, DWI, consumer credit, family law, landlord/tenant, cell phone contracts and civic responsibilities and are presented in an informal setting where no more than 15 minutes is spent on any one topic. The program has been presented to over 5,000 students in Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Hamilton and Essex Counties and the Foundation would ultimately like to broaden its scope both regionally and nationally.” This year’s Symposium will take place on March 30th, 2016.
